摘要
分析了黑斑口虾蛄 (Oratosquillakempi)的基本营养成分、氨基酸、脂肪酸的组成和含量 .结果表明 ,肌肉中必需氨基酸的含量平均占氨基酸总量的 56 83% ,其肌肉、精巢、卵巢中EPA和DHA含量均很高 ,平均占脂肪酸总量的 9 6 8%和 14 2 2 % .
The basic nutritional composition of Oratosquilla kempi and its compositions of amino acids and fatty acids were analysed.The results shows that the essential amino acids in muscle account for 56 83%,EPA and DHA are rich in the muscle,spemary and ovary of O kempi ,the average contents of EPA is 9 68% and of DHA 14 22%.
