摘要
当前,我国边远农村土地流转面临着一系列困境,急需构建科学合理的土地流转机制。马克思的地租理论所论述的一些观点颇具市场经济条件下的一般性,对我国边远农村土地流转机制的探索具有重大的启示意义。
Presently,a series of predicaments met in our country s rural land circulation entails constructing a scientific and reasonable land circulation mechanism.Some points of view in Marx s theory of rent are also applicable to the general condition of market economy,thus having great significance in the research of the rural land circulation mechanism of our country.
