摘要
高校的研究生稳定工作是建设和谐校园、和谐社会的一项重要任务。当前,研究生稳定工作面临着国内外政治环境,心理健康、就业压力与教育管理体制相对落后等制约因素,急需通过思想政治教育工作、就业指导工作、研究生管理工作机制创新、校园文化引导等途径,达到维持研究生稳定、创新和谐校园的目的。
