摘要
目的观察二甲基亚砜(DMSO)对PC12细胞形态学的影响。方法不同浓度的DMSO处理PC12细胞,应用倒置相差显微镜观察细胞形态的改变。结果0.5%,1.0%DMSO处理的PC12细胞形态没有明显的改变。经2.0%,3.0%和4.0%DMSO处理后,随时间延长,PC12细胞出现凋亡改变,细胞体积缩小变圆,凋亡小体形成。结论低于1.0%的DMSO对PC12细胞生长没有明显的毒性作用,形态结构没有明显改变。
Objective To observe the effects of dimethylsulfoxide in different concentrations on morphological changes of PC12 cells.Methods We added different concentrations of DMSO into the medium in which the PC12 cells were cultured in vitro.The morphological changes of cells were detected by inverted phase contrast microscope.Results The concentration(0.5%～1.0%)of DMSO did no harm to PC12 cell obviously.With the extension of the time, the apoptotic morphocytology of PC12 cells changed in 2.0%,3.0%and 4.0%DMSO,with...
