摘要
目的:探讨广藿香苗期生长及其抗氧化酶活性对盐胁迫的响应,为发展广藿香在盐碱地种植提供依据。方法:采用不同浓度的NaC l溶液(配成Hoagland液)处理盆栽广藿香扦插苗,盐胁不同时间后测定株高,鲜(干)重,根系活力,叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,细胞膜透性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:NaC l胁迫抑制了苗期广藿香生长发育,低浓度短时间盐胁迫(低于20 mmol.L-1和9 d)间差异不显著。但随着NaC l溶液浓度升高和胁迫时间的延长,广藿香植株鲜(干)重、生长速率、干物质增长速率均呈明显下降趋势;叶片细胞膜透性和MDA含量持续升高,膜脂过氧化作用加强;而根系活力,SOD,CAT,POD活性在低NaC l浓度下上升,高浓度下则下降。结论:广藿香生长对NaC l胁迫的响应具有浓度和时间的依赖性。
Objective: To study the effects of salt stress on the growth and resistant-oxidation enzyme activities of Pogostemon cablin.Method: Cutting-rooted seedlings were cultivated in the plastic flowerpot irrigated with various concentrations of NaCl(Hoagland solution) for different duration,and the height,fresh/dry weight,root vitality,SOD,POD and CAT activity,membrane permeability and MDA contents were determined.Result: The growth and development of P.cablin was restrained after salt stress.The differences of s...
