摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法用复方氟米松软膏联合本院自制消炎止痒散治疗68例慢性湿疹患者。分别在治疗后1、7、14、21d进行疗效比较。结果经过3周治疗后,临床疗效随着治疗时间的延长而逐渐增加。抑制瘙痒平均起效时间4.7d(1～10d),瘙痒平均消失时间8.1d(1～10d),综合疗效判定总有效为92.1%。结论本方法治疗慢性湿疹,疗效稳定、复发率低。
Objective To observe the curative effects on 68 cases of chronic eczema with the combination of Western medicine and TCM.Methods 68 cases of chronic eczema were treated with Co.Flumetasone ointment and the anti-inflammation and anti-itch powder which is prepared in our hospital,the curative effects of which were compared in 1 d,7 d,14 d,and 21 d.Results After 3 weeks’ treatment,itch disappeared in 8.1 d(1~10 d)at average.The total curative effects was 92.1% in general.Conclusion The method can be used to tr...
