以9,9′-联蒽和红荧烯为发光层的白色OLED研制 被引量:2

A white OLED with 9,9′-bianthracene∶rubrene as the emitting layer

摘要 利用旋涂技术,将蓝光材料9,9′-bianthracene和黄光材料rubrene以一定的比例混合达到白光的效果,制备了白色有机电致发光器件(WOLED)。当掺杂比为0.9%时得到近白光器件,色坐标为(0.308,0.347),器件的启亮电压为8V,当外加电压达到25V时,器件发光亮度达3120cd/m2。 A novel white organic light emitting device(WOLED) with a single layer,which consists of an orange-red dopant 5,6,11,12-tetraphenylnaphthacene (rubrene) and a blue light emitting material 9,9′-bianthracene mixed with a certain proportion,is fabricated.While the proportion is 0.9%,the Commission International De L′Eclairage(CIE) coordinate of the device is (0.308,0.347).The driving voltage of the device is 8 V,and the luminescence brightness is 3 120 cd/m2 when the voltage is increased to 25 V.
