摘要
用灰色关联分析方法取代传统的数理统计方法,对1420铝锂合金在固溶处理+时效处理后的第二相粒子尺寸和体积分数与影响因素之间的相互关系进行分析,确定各影响因子之间的主次关系。结果表明,二级时效温度是最关键因子,次关键因子为二级时效时间,关联度最低的是固溶时间,并根据分析结果提出实验时的相应对策。
By means of gray relational analysis method instead of traditional mathematic statistical one, the relations between the size and volume fraction of second particles of 1420 Al-Li alloy after solution and ageing, along with influencing factors were investigated, and the primary and secondary relations among influencing factors were confirmed.
