摘要
目的探讨主动脉夹层(AD)的临床特点、诊断及内科治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2002-2007年36例主动脉夹层患者的临床资料。结果36例AD患者临床表现多样,首发症状多为胸痛,休克亦可为其首要表现;高血压是导致AD的主要原因,螺旋CT和MRI,有助于快速诊断和定位。镇静止痛降压治疗是内科治疗中最有效的方法,目标血压降至100～110/60～70mmHg,能明显提高AD的生存率。结论快速有效的诊断和治疗是提高AD生存率的关键。
Objective To evaluate the clinic characterization,diagnostic method and physical therapy of aortic dissection(AD).Methods Thirty-six cases at AD hospitalized in our hospital in recent 6 years were analyzed.Results The symptoms and physical signs in 36 AD patients were diverse.Chest pain was the most common initial symptom.Hypertension was the most important cause of AD.The diagnostic sensitivity of 162s lice spiral CT(MSCT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)were 100%.Combined use of MSCT and MRI could help ...
