摘要
文章依据我国发展循环经济的压力、资源环境状况以及在循环经济发展方面所作的响应,构建了压力—状态—响应PSR模型。在此基础上,通过调查和分析,进一步从实践循环经济的认识误区、产业结构、技术与规模、法律法规构建、激励机制、公众参与等角度阐述我国发展循环经济响应中存在的问题与原因,以期为我国循环经济发展走出困境提供发展路径思考。
