摘要
糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病(DM)严重的微血管并发症之一,已成为糖尿病病人丧失劳动能力以及死亡的主要原因。于世家教授在治疗糖尿病的慢性并发症方面积累了丰富的临床经验,对早期DN的治疗更是有其独到的见解和经验,现从其对中医病因病机辨证分型认识,依证施治,遣方用药,随证加减,中西医结合治疗等方面作以总结。
