摘要
利用ANSYS软件对大型混流式水轮机转轮进行1:1实体建模,采用分段热源模拟分析了转轮焊接过程,得出焊接残余应力分布的状况。这为合理进行结构设计和优化焊接工艺提供理论依据。
The 1:1 entity model of runner of large hydraulic turbine was established by the ANSYS software. The welding process of the large runner by subsection and moving heat fountain was simulated and analyzed and the distribution of welding residual stress was obtained. It provides the theory and the foundation for the reasonable design and the optimizing welding process.
