摘要
为了提高冷弯钢管焊接质量,采用不同工艺参数对其进行焊接,用金相、扫描电镜及硬度测试、冲击、冷弯和拉伸等方法研究了其焊接钢管的组织及力学性能。结果表明,焊缝区域没有裂纹、气孔等缺陷。试样焊缝中心组织为魏氏组织,热影响区的组织是魏氏组织、珠光体和先共析铁素体,母材为珠光体和铁素体。试样焊缝处的表面布氏硬度最高,热影响区居中,而母材最低。焊缝组织粗大,硬度最高,韧性最低。试样弯曲角随面能量呈山型变化趋势,只有面能量处于最佳值时,焊缝力学性能最佳。
The cold-bending steel pipe was welded with different technology parameters in order to improve the quality of steel pipe. By means of metallographic examination,scanning electron microscope examination,hardness test,impact test,bend test,tensile test and so on,the microstructure and mechanical properties of steel pipe were investigated.
