摘要
采用L-S相转换法,以聚砜为成膜材料,PVP为成孔剂,丙酮为添加剂,对成膜工艺条件进行研究,最终优化后工艺参数为:铸膜液流速14.2~14.6 g/min;芯液中DMAc的含量为20%,芯液流量控制在17 ml/min;干纺程为10 cm,外凝胶浴温度40℃时,纺制的中空纤维膜厚度较好,内径约为0.7 mm,外径约为1.0 mm,膜的纯水通量在0.1 MPa时可达110 L/m2.h,膜对分子量为2.2~2.6万的PVA溶液的截留率可达90%以上。
