摘要
自《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》颁布以来,我国的未成年人权益保护状况已经有了很大改善,但是未成年人的权益并未完全得到保障,以各种方式侵害未成年人权益的现象仍大量存在。本文从未成年人权益维护的含义着手,在对国外未成年人权益保护经验论述的基础上,分析了我国未成年人权益保护存在的法律问题,并提出了完善的建议。
Since the switchman of the Peoples Republic of China Law on protection of Minors,Protection of rights and interest for minors in our country has been greatly improved.However,their rights and interest have not been completely guaranteed.There are still a variety of way going against the rights and interest of minors.In this paper,we are based on the protection for the rights and interest of minors,then we analyses the legal problems in the China minor protection and give a comprehensive suggestion.
