摘要
近年来,伴随国民图书阅读率的下降,功利性阅读在国内图情界、教育界均倍受争议。然而,把阅读率下降等问题全部归谬于功利性阅读是片面的,从图书馆读者阅读权利角度考虑,选择功利性文献是读者的自由,进行功利性阅读是读者的权利,都应受到图书馆充分尊重和公正对待。因此,建议图书馆在实际工作中保障功利性文献的采购,并提供功利性文献荐购和书评平台等相关服务。
