摘要
以丁香和苦参复配液作为供试药液,研究其对人参锈腐病菌的抑菌活性。结果表明:丁香与苦参提取液复配的增效比值为1.96;对人参锈腐病菌的孢子萌发具有很强的抑制作用;对病原菌菌丝生长有抑制作用,菌丝干重随药液浓度的增大而减小;对病原菌的最低抑菌浓度和最低杀菌浓度均为4 mg/mL。
This research is based on the preliminary work,selection of antibacterial effect of good medicinal plants extracts compound.The results showed that its efficiency ratio is 1.96;the medicinal plant compound on Cylindrocarpon destructans had a strong inhibitory effect on the dry weight with mycelia of the chemical concentration and decrease;MIC is 4 mg/mL,MBC is 4 mg/mL.
