摘要
为了研究花椒组织结构与抗寒性的关系,对3个花椒品种1 a生休眠枝进行解剖结构观察和电解质外渗率的测定,并用恢复生长法进行验证.结果表明:木质部、总面积、髓部、干木质部粗与抗寒性之间显著正相关(R2>0.570),韧皮部、周皮/干粗与之呈显著负相关(R2<-0.969);导管细胞长度越短、直径越大,管胞细胞和纤维细胞的长度和直径越小,抗寒性越强.此外,3个花椒品种恢复生长的成活率随处理温度的下降而降低,致死温度在-20℃~-25℃之间,其抗寒性顺序依次为:秦安1号>油椒>大红袍.
