摘要
目的:研究聚酰胺树脂纯化贯叶金丝桃中金丝桃苷的工艺条件。方法:采用HPLC法测定金丝桃苷的含量;单因素法考察聚酰胺树脂对金丝桃苷的吸附性能以及洗脱参数。结果:聚酰胺树脂对提取液中金丝桃苷的最佳分离条件为:上柱液浓度为1.2 mg.mL-1、流速为3.6 BV.h-1,金丝桃苷比吸附量达2.33 mg.g-1,金丝桃苷纯度可达28.96%。结论:聚酰胺树脂可用于贯叶金丝桃中金丝桃苷的分离富集。
