摘要
介绍了某电厂2×600MW超临界机组各主要组成部分,给出了ABB公司最新开发的Symphony分散控制系统的网络结构,并分析了Symphony系统在该2×60 MW超临界机组上的应用。讨论了该DCS系统的配置特点,指出了系统采取的一些可靠性措施,阐述了该DCS系统在该电厂实现的主要功能,并具体分析了该机组的各主要控制回路。现场运行实践表明,该系统运行稳定,可靠性高。该分散控制系统的成功运行对同类机组的分析和设计具有借鉴意义。
