摘要
研究了不同种类的润滑剂对Al-12Si-2Cu-0.1Sn、Al-12Si-2Cu-0.1Mg和Al-12Si试样湿密度和烧结密度的影响。研究结果表明,由PEG和EBS组成的润滑剂可大大提高铝基粉末冶金件的密度,并且在PEG∶EBS为1∶2时获得湿密度和烧结密度最大值。这对于制备高致密性的铝基粉末冶金件具有非常重要的现实意义。
Effects of different lubricants on the Green density and sintering density of Al-12Si-2Cu-0.1Sn, Al-12Si-2Cu-0.1Mg and Al-12Si alloys were studied. Results show that the lubricant comprising PEG and EBS can improve the density of the alloys significantly. The largest green density and sintering density can be attained when the proportion of PEG to EBS is 1∶2. It has practical significance for the development and application of the PM Al-based alloys.
