三相泡沫治理巷顶煤层自燃隐患技术与实践 被引量:4

摘要 为了提高自燃隐患的治理效果,利用充填泵将预先配制好的三相泡沫混合液经管路输送到压注点附近,压入氮气旋动发泡装置进行发泡混合后,通过在自燃隐患点处预先施打的钻孔进入破碎煤体,消除自燃隐患。应用结果表明:三相泡沫能够有效遏制或消除自燃隐患,三相泡沫可降低自燃隐患煤体的温度,并可有效包裹破碎煤体,使其贫氧,从而可有效地治理巷顶煤层自燃隐患。 In order to improve the control results of the spontaneous combustion danger, the pre-prepared three phase foam mixed liquid was transported to the place near the inject operation site by the pipeline and filling pump. After the foaming mixed in the nitrogen rotary foaming device, foam mixture would be injected in to the broken coal mass with the pre-drilled boreholes at the spontaneous combustion danger place to eliminate the spontaneous combustion danger. The application results showed that the three phase foam could be effectively control and eliminate the spontaneous combustion danger. The three phase foam could reduce the temperature of the spontaneous combus- tion coal mass and could be effectively bind the broken coal mass which could make less oxygen for coal. Therefore the foam could effec- tively control the spontaneous combustion danger in seam above the mine roadway.
