摘要 The microstructure evolution of mechanical alloyed Mo-66.7%Si powder using the high-energy ball mill has been studied by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that MoSi2 can be synthesized by MA of Mo-66.7%Si powder mixtures. Cold welding behavior between Mo and Si powders plays an important role in the preparation of MoSi2 by the MA.
