摘要
本文给出了BaF_2晶体被辐照前后的透射光谱、光激发光谱及热释光谱的变化。结果表明,经^(60)C_(oγ)射线辐照后(总剂量7.8×10~6rad),BaF_2晶体变色、透射率有所下降,恢复较迅速。热释光谱发生了较大变化,辐照对晶体结构有影响。光激发光谱辐照前后无明显变化,290nm的光能激发出BaF_2的慢成分光。根据实验对氟化钡晶体的抗辐照损伤机理作了初步探讨,研究表明:BaF_2晶体的抗辐照损伤性能及恢复能力还与辐照剂量的大小、辐照时间的长短、生长过程中应用的去氧剂种类、晶体生长的完整性有密切的关系。
The radiation hardness of BaF_2 crystal under exposure to ^(60)C_0 r-rays was examined. The process and mechanism of the radiation damage are discussed in detail. The results indicate that an improvement in quality of BaF_2crystal may reduce some r-rays damage.
