摘要
为了探讨汞在鸟体羽毛中的详细分布规律 ,我们对金雕 (Aquilachrysaetos)、普通 (Buteobuteo)和红脚隼 (Falcovespertinus)和褐马鸡 (Crossoptilonmantchuricum )羽毛组织中的汞进行了测定 ,并对以上几种鸟体羽毛中的汞含量进行了分析比较。结果表明 ,汞在金雕羽毛中的分布规律为 :腹羽 >背羽 >飞羽 >尾羽 ;在普通羽毛中的分布规律为 :尾羽 >背羽 >腹羽 >飞羽 ;红脚隼为 :飞羽 >尾羽 >背羽 >腹羽 ;褐马鸡为 :飞羽 >尾羽 >背羽 >腹羽。金雕初级飞羽和尾羽中的Hg含量为 :羽片上端 >羽轴上端 >羽片下端 >羽轴下端。金雕初级飞羽的羽片上端和羽片下端 ;羽片上端和羽轴上端 ;羽片下端和羽轴上端有着极为明显的正相关。金雕尾羽的羽片上端和羽轴上端 ;羽片下端和羽轴上端之间的Hg含量有着极为明显的正相关。
To investigate the detailed distribution of mercury in feathers of birds, Hg levels in feathers of four birds including Golden eagle(Aquila chrysaetos), Common buzzard (Buteo buteo) Red-footed falcon( Falco vespertinus) and Brown-eared pheasant ( Crossoptilon mantchuricum) were deter mined and compared.
