摘要
高职院校课程较少关注学生内心世界的发展,如果课程蜕变为训练"机器人"的工具,教育将丧失促进人全面发展的价值。高职院校人才培养效果不尽如人意,问题出在哪里?应对照通识教育的性质、目的、意义,根据《国际教育标准分类法》重新认识高职教育的性质。高职教育也应树立通识教育理念,人才培养宜采用通专结合的模式。
