摘要
目的:探讨实验性急性出血坏死性胰腺炎(AHNP)时肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及淀粉酶(AMY)的表达和黄连、大黄、丹参对它们的影响。方法:实验鼠采用3.5%牛磺胆酸钠(1.0 ml/kg)逆行胆胰管注射制成 AHNP 模型。治疗组分别予以10%黄连、大黄、丹参溶液术前2 h(1 ml/100 g)灌胃,术后6 h 观察胰腺组织的损伤程度及检测血清 TNF-α、淀粉酶变化。结果:AHNP 后 TNF-α 1 h 升高,6 h 达高峰;与 AHNP 对照组比较,黄连组、大黄组、丹参组及联合组大鼠血清 TNF-α及淀粉酶值均显著降低(P<0.01),胰腺组织病理损害明显减轻。结论:黄连、大黄、丹参均能有效的降低 AHNP 时 TNF-α的水平,减轻胰腺损害程度,对AHNP 有一定的治疗作用。
