摘要
电大走向基层 ,面向大众 ,以特色求发展的道路 ,要特别重视三个方面的建设 :1、加强电大系统网络的建设 ;2、进一步完善音像教材的建设 ;3、为各类社会成员提供多层次。
With the new historic condition,TV University should realize its character and advantage,open up a unique developing road.So pay more attention to following three aspects:1.Enhance the net-education building.2.Inprove video-teaching facilities.3.Face to the public and supply more sorts of services for society.
