摘要
文章对企业自主创新动力机制进行了理论性的探索,对自主创新的主体及其行为目标、自主创新的动力要素及相互关系、自主创新动力机制的运作机理等进行了剖析。
Independent innovation of enterprises is very important for enterprises development.This paper makes a theoretical exploration on dynamic mechanism of independent innovation of enterprises.The paper gives us a comprehensive analysis on following aspects: the body of innovation and its innovation target,innovation factors and their relationship,operational mechanism of independent innovation and so on.
