摘要
针对典型区域性网络化协同设计制造平台及其虚拟社区的管理机制进行了研究,提出了基于柔性工作流和数据库技术的网络化协同管理方案,结合实例分析,介绍了网络化协同设计制造过程中的柔性工作流定义、数据库操作。对于网络化协同虚拟社区中典型的链状合作型和排斥竞争型企业分别实现了不同的应用模式,建立了基于数据库的协同柔性工作流模板库,并对协同设计制造柔性工作流中的权限管理和冲突协调提出了初步的解决方法,能够有效地自动控制典型的区域性的网络化协同设计制造平台的工作流程和进行资源管理、状态监控,对于提高网络化协同设计制造的工作效率和自动化有一定的应用价值。
This paper carries on the research on typical regional network cooperative design and manufacturing platform and its virtual community, and gives a management scheme based on flexible workflow and database technology. It also introduces the definition of flexible workflow, as well as the operation of database in the process of network cooperative design and manufacturing. As to typical chain-cooperative-pattern enterprises and competitive-pattern enterprises in the virtual community, we realize different application modes, set up the flexible workflow templates in cooperation based on database, and put forward a primary solution to authority management and conflict adjustment in the flexible workflow, which can control the typical regional network cooperative design and manufacturing platform effectively and automatically. It has the certain application value for improving the working efficiency and automation in network cooperative design and manufacturing.
