摘要
本文介绍的稠油加热炉温度、压力自控装置是一种用于加热炉的多功能自动监控装置 ,对稠油加热炉具有明显的节能降耗作用。它由温度自控阀和压力自控阀连体组成 ,靠加热炉自身的热能及炉内部压力控制炉内天然气的燃烧量 ,确保炉内温度及压力时时处在安全可靠范围内 ,可节省天然气 1/ 3～ 1/
This paper introduce a temperature and pressure multifunction automatic control device for the oil heat stove, which can obviously save energy and decreasse consumption for heavy oil heat stove. It consists of temperature and pressure automatic valves. It controls natural gas fuel volume in stove by heat stove itself heat energy and internal pressure, which can ensure safety of temperature and pressure in the stove. Using it can save 1/3～1/2 natural gas fuel volume.
