摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳法 ,分析了盲蝽科的 :绿丽盲蝽 [Lygocoris (Apolygus)lucorum(Meyer -Dur) ]、三点盲蝽(AdelphocoristaeniphorusRruter)、黑食蚜盲蝽 (DeraeocorispunctulastusFall)、黑肩绿盲蝽 (CyrtorrhinuslividipennisReuter)、条赤须盲蝽 (TrigonotyluscoelestialiumKirkaldy)、中黑苜蓿盲蝽 (AdelphocorissuturalisJak .)、甘薯跳盲蝽 (HalticusminutusReuter)和苜蓿盲蝽 (AdelphocorislineolatusGoeze)成虫的酯酶同工酶谱。结果发现 :8种盲蝽的同工酶谱存在明显的差异 ,并具有各自的特征酶谱。最后 ,探讨了酯酶同工酶电泳法鉴别盲蝽科昆虫种类及其在昆虫种属鉴定、遗传变异。
Esterase isozymes in 8 species of Miridae were studied by using the vertical place type of PAGE techniques. The results showed that differences of zymograms between these species are significant and all the species could be unequivocally distinguished from each other. The differences of zymograms within genera are bigger than those between genera. The feasibility about using isozymes in biochemical systematics is also discussed.
