Based on the E business mode of the ACEC in New Changjiang Group, the framework and procedure of the online payment system of the ACEC based on SSL are studied. Based on the analysis of the business procedure of the ACEC and the online payment process, the framework, the design and creation of the Payment Manager(PM), the Multi payment Protocol framework and the internal structure of the online payment system are described. The protocol format of PM is also introduced.
