摘要
目的:探讨单侧唇裂手术修复的效果。方法:对广东及江西的260例单侧唇裂患者施行改良Millard法手术效果的分析。结果:经2周～1 a的随访,解剖复位效果满意,唇部外形动静态协调自然,鼻底及鼻翼外侧角恢复满意。结论:改良的Millard法修复单侧唇裂对唇部和鼻畸形均得到了良好的矫正。
Objective To explore the repairing effect of the unilateral cleft lip. Method 260 unilateral cleft lip patients were operated with Some places improved on the basis of Millard metuod in guangdong and jiangxi province.
