摘要
网络环境下的信息资源弥补了传统印刷型资源的不足。随着读者信息需求的变化 ,高校图书馆信息服务不仅在内容、方式上发生了变化 ,而且拓宽了服务领域。该文提出信息服务发展的高级阶段应是知识服务。与传统信息服务相比 ,知识服务是知识运用和知识创新的服务 ,是受读者目标驱动的服务 ,是面向内容 ,面向解决方案、贯穿解决读者问题全过程的服务 ,是面向增值的服务。并阐述了应用知识服务的 5种创新模式 :层次化参考咨询服务、专业化信息服务、个性化信息服务、团队化信息服务。
