摘要
电子政务的快速发展对现代危机进行有效预防、快速处理和综合评估提供了有利条件。本文提出了电子政务环境下政府危机管理系统的内容架构和体系架构。该框架可作为电子政务环境下我国建立政府危机管理系统的理论基础。
The rapid development of electronic government provides favorable conditions for effective prevention、rapid disposal and overall evaluation of modern crisis .In the paper, the content and system framework of government’s crisis management system is provided under the circumstances of electronic government administration. The theoretical framework can be the theoretical basis of the establishment of our government’s crisis management system.
