摘要
采用行为科学的理论与方法,探讨了我国射击运动在2004年第28届奥运会上的争光对策。结果表明,加强射击运动训练创新,重视运动员的心理和生理调控,排除影响射击运动成绩的外在因素,加强射击运动人力资源优化配置是保证我国运动员在奥运会上取得优异成绩的关键。
By using the theoretical method of behavior science, this paper discusses the countermeasure of our shooting in 2008 Olympic Games. The result shows that our main strategy is to strength the innovation of shooting training, pay attention to mental and physiological control,get rid of other factors affecting performance,enhance the distribution of human resource in shooting team.
