摘要
人居环境是城市的首要属性,追求人文与自然的协调共存、注重生产与生活的综合开发、强调物质 享受和精神满足的并重是未来城市建设与发展的必然发展趋势。笔者分析了南京创建最佳人居环境的现实 条件,并提出了相关的对策措施。笔者认为,南京具有深厚的历史文化底蕴、优美宜人的城市环境、独特的滨 江景观风貌、良好的人文环境条件等优势条件,多项城市建设指标均已达到或超过国家规定要求。但是南京 在目前现实的经济发展水平下,创建最佳人居环境必须妥善处理好改善城市景观环境与为城市居民提供良 好生活服务设施、建设样板工程与实现均好性、建设与管理等多重关系。
Human settlement is the principal function of city. It is an necessary trend for the building and development of future cities to seek the harmony of human being and nature, the synthetical development of producing and living , and the equal importance of creature and spirit comfort. Based on adeep analysis on the real condition for the best human settlement, this article puts forward correlative countermeasures. Nanjing possesses many preponderant conditions, for example, profound history and culture details, pretty and pleasant environment, unique water-side scene, well human conditions and etc. Some indexes of urban building in Nanjing have reach or surpass the criteria of our country. And with present economic reality, multi-relationships must be treated properly in order to found the best human settlement, such as improving city sight and providing better life establishment, building model project or commonage works, building and administration.
