摘要
目的:研究藏药色吉美多有效提取部位不同剂量对小鼠单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。方法:采用小鼠尾静脉注射刚果红溶液法,考察色吉美多氯仿提取物给药前后的对小鼠单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响和小鼠免疫器官重量的影响。结果:色吉美多氯仿提取物不同剂量均显著促进小鼠单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能,并显著提高小鼠胸腺与脾脏重量,表明色吉美多有效提取部位具有增强小鼠细胞免疫的功能。
This article is to study the influence of valid extract from Tibetan medicine Sejimeiduo on the function of mononuclear macrophages of small rats.Intravenation of Congo red solution has been utilized to examine the influence on gulping ability of mononuclear macrophages and on the weight of its immune organs.As a result,the study shows that different doses of extract from Tibetan medicine Sejimeiduo can improve the gulping ability of mononuclear macrophages and notably increase the weight of rat s thymus an...
