摘要
抗菌肽具有分子量小、热稳定性好、无免疫原性、抗菌谱广等特点.并且,抗菌肽对畜禽具有促生长、保健和治疗疾病等功效;无毒副作用,无残留、无致细菌的耐药性等特性.在动物养殖和提高畜产品品质方面,抗菌肽也具有重要的潜在应用价值.文章结合当今抗菌肽的研究现状和发展前景,对抗菌肽的分类、抗菌机理、应用状况等方面进行了综述.
