摘要
在全球化背景下，南京欲想实现工业经济的国际化，民营企业的国际化必将成为其一个重要的组成 部分。而南京民营企业的国际化起步较晚，虽然近几年“走出去”的步伐开始有所加快，但仍存在着投资规模 偏小、跨国经营战略模式单一、国际化程度偏低等问题。本文基于目前南京民营企业开放型经济的实情，对其 国际化战略模式进行了分析与探索。首先，对南京民营企业的国际化现状作了简要分析；接着，对南京民企当 前主要采用的国际化战略模式进行了剖析；最后，对南京民营企业国际化战略模式的发展趋势及未来选择进 行了初步探索。
