摘要
根据液压仿形刀架的机构原理和组成,建立了仿形刀架系统的数学模型,基于MATLAB软件的动态仿真工具Simulink构建了仿形刀架系统的仿真模型,进行仿真分析得出了反映系统性能的仿真曲线。文中的研究为液压仿形刀架的设计、参数的选择以及性能研究提供了理论依据。
According to mechanism principle and constitutes of hydraulic copy toolpost mathematical model of the system was set up. The simulation model of copy toolpost system was built up based on dynamic simulation tool Simulink in MATLAB. The simulation curves of responding the system performances were got. The paper research can supply theoretical basis for design,parameters choice and performance research of hydraulic copy toolpost.
