摘要
科技作为可持续发展的一种支撑力量,是实现可持续发展的必要条件之一,在可持续发展能力建设中具有不可替代的作用。加强林业科技创新是实现"科学发展观"的根本要求,也是推动林业可持续发展的迫切需求。面对世界林业的发展新趋势和我国林业面临的新转折,要更加重视科技创新,使科技创新成为推动林业实现跨越式发展的动力。本文在分析我国林业科技创新特征的基础上,结合延边森工企业的实际,提出了实现林业科技创新的几点战略设想和建议。
