摘要
介绍了一种用传感器测量迫击炮弹基本药管输出压力的方法。首先设计了用于测量基本药管输出压力的本体,分别利用安装在测压本体内的压力传感器和测压铜柱,对某迫击炮弹基本药管的输出压力进行了测定。通过数据处理对两种测压方法进行了比较,结果表明压力传感器可满足试验要求,测量精确度高于铜柱法,可用于全面评定基本药管。
A measurement method used in measuring the output pressure of ignition cartridge in mortar shell is put forward.The measure bulk is designed,and the output pressure of ignition cartridge is measured by pressure sensor and copper column respectively.Two methods are compared on the basis of data processing.Result show that pressure sensor method can meet with the test requirement,the accuracy of the method is higher than that of the copper column method.It can be used to assess the property of ignition cartridge completely.
