摘要
介绍了智能传感器的原理和基本功能、倾角传感器的用途以及所设计的液体摆电容式倾角传感器的原理,通过非线性校正、自校零与自校准和温度补偿等途径,倾角传感器实现了智能传感器的基本功能,更好地满足了设计的各项技术参数和其它要求,最后给出了倾角传感器实现智能化的流程图。随着科学技术的发展,智能传感器将会在越来越多的领域充当重要角色,是未来传感器技术发展的主要方向。
The article introduces briefly the principle and basic function of the intelligent sensor. It also shows the purpose of angle sensor and principle of the designed capacitive angle sensor. The angle sensor implements the basic function of intelligent sensor by non-linear adjustment,automatic zero-adjustment and temperature compensation. The technology parameters and other demands are met better. In the end, it shows the flowchart of intelligence of angle sensor. With the development of science and technology, the intelligent sensor will play an important role in more and more fields. It is the development direction of sensor technology.
