高取代度氰乙基纤维素与二醋酸纤维素共混中空纤维纳滤膜的研制 被引量:5

摘要 采用高取代度氰乙基纤维素与二醋酸纤维素共混为膜材料,丙酮、二氧六环混合溶剂,以有机醇为主、加入适量其他添加剂为致孔剂,通过冰水凝胶浴干湿法纺丝,制得性能良好的中空纤维纳滤膜,该膜在给水质量浓度1 800 mg/L、操作压力为0.6 MPa、水温25℃条件下,对二价盐CaCl2、一价盐NaCl的水溶液的脱盐率分别大于90%和小于60%,水通量均大于3.5 mL/(cm2.h).还讨论了膜液的组成和纺丝条件对膜性能的影响. The manufacturing method and formulation of hollow fiber nanofiltration membrane by blending of highly cyanoethyl cellulose(HCEC) with cellulose acetate(CA) are discussed by using acetone and 1,4-dioxane as mixed solvent,and ethanol with proper amount of additives as multi-element pore-forming ageat.A high performance hollow-fibre nanofiltration(NF) membrane is prepared by dry-wet and gel-frozen method,when feed water is 1 800 mg/L CaCl_2 solution,operating pressure and feed water temperature are 0.6 MPa and 25 ℃.The CaCl_2 salt rejection and water flux are reached 90% and 3.5 mL/(cm^2·h) respectively;while feed water is 1 800 mg/L NaCl solution,the operating parameters are the same as above.The NaCl salt rejection and water flux are less than 60% and 3.5 mL/(cm^2·h) respectively,meanwhile,the effect of factors such as formulation of membrane making and spinning conditions on hollow-fiber membrane performance are also discussed.
