摘要
基于GIS的退耕还林造林决策支持系统采用GIS技术、组件式开发技术与数据库技术,广泛收集退耕还林政策指标、造林模式、造林技术等信息,建立知识库,运用科学的推理方法,实现用计算机对退耕还林工程进行数据管理、可行性分析、辅助决策以及各种查询。本文主要介绍系统设计思路、构成、功能以及关键技术。
The decision support system for afforestation of converting cropland to forest adopted the GIS,components and database techniques based on GIS. And the knowledge base has been set up by collecting policy of converting cropland to forest,afforestation models,and afforestation techniques,etc. widely and by using the scientific reasoning method. Finally,the data managements,feasible analysis,assistant decision,and various inquires about the conversion of cropland to forest project have been realized by computer. In this paper,the design idea,structure,function,and key technique of the DSS have been introduced.
