摘要
目的:确立红景天滴丸的最佳成型工艺。方法:以滴丸的成型率、圆整度、丸重差异等作为评价指标对蔷薇红景天提取物与基质的配比、滴制的温度、滴距等进行考察,并在预实验的基础上采用正交实验法对提取物与基质的配比、滴制的温度、滴距等进行优选。结果:在滴制温度75℃、滴距4cm、载药量30%时,滴丸成型质量最好。结论:该工艺简便、可行,评价指标可靠、合理。
Objective: To establish the optimum preparation process for form Rhodiola rosea dropping pills. Methods: With the formations, spherical degree and the weight deviation of the dropping pills as the scoring indexes, the proportion of extract and matrix, temperature of extract and drops distance were observed. Orthogonal design was applied to optimize the proportion of extract and matrix, temperature of extract and drops distance on the basis of the preliminary experiments. Result: The optimal conditions were: processing temperature at 75℃, the proportion of extract at 30% and 4cm distance above liquid level. Conclusion: The preparation method is simple, convenient and can be controlled easily. It is suitable for both the laboratory test and industrial production.
