摘要   铝是自然界含量丰富的金属元素之一,大量研究表明铝是一种慢性神经毒性物质,可使神经系统发生退行性改变.笔者叙述铝对信号转导通路、海马LTP、NMDA受体及其通道特性、神经递质等方面的影响,从细胞和分子水平上阐述了铝对学习记忆的毒作用机制.……
