血中人绒毛膜促性腺激素β亚单位检测在异位妊娠诊治中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨血中人绒毛膜促性腺激素β亚单位(βhCG)在异位妊娠诊治中的应用价值。方法选择确诊的异位妊娠患者41例,测定血βhCG进行对照分析。结果41例异位妊娠患者中,βhCG<5000MIU/ml,药物保守治疗成功率占66.7%(14/21),手术治疗率占33.3%(7/21),而βhCG>5000MIU/ml的患者,手术治疗率占74.1%(20/27),两者相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血βhCG可以作为判定异位妊娠诊治的良好标志物。
